对比分析当前环境自动监控系统的优缺点,本文介绍了基于网络的环境监测仪器远程反控系统的研制和应用。探讨了广域网络采用GPRS/UDP 通信方式,局域网采用TCP/IP 通信方式,使用智能仪器技术和java、Applet、Servlet、oracle 等技术开发仪器反控系统,实现了在远程客户机的IE 浏览器发送控制指令控制远程仪器进行随机采样,获取采样仪器的监测项目和监测状态,并在IE 浏览器中实时显示采样数据。此方法可以代替环保局的流动采样车,实现远程随机采样,有效防止偷排漏排以及虚假数据等违规行为。 关键词:反控系统;网络;IE 浏览器;GPRS/UDP;智能监测仪器 Abstract:Contrastively analyze advantages and disadvantages of modern enviroment automatic monitoring system.We introduce research and application of environment monitroling instrument’s remote control system based on network..In wide area network, GPRS/UDP conmmuniction method is adopted;in local area network,TCP/IP is used to realize communication between web server and clients. To develop instrument reverse control system,we use technology such as java、Applet、Servlet、oracle and communications and so on.In this system,the remote client which gets permission can send conrol commands through IE Brower to FE instrument, and then instrument starts to sample, as soon as it completes,the sample data and monitoring state data automately are transmitted to oracle database in control center,in the same time the data is displayed in IE borwser.This method can replace flow sampling cars in EPA, realizing remote random sample,effectively prevents from discharging pollutants stealthily and fasle information.
