对分光光度计系统集成化进行了研究。提出了基于嵌入式Linux 和ARM 处理器的新型紫外/可见分光光度计的硬件系统设计及软件系统实现,该系统硬件由单色器、探测器、以及S3C2410 组成。采用双波长分光光度法、导数分光光度法等对采集的光谱数据进行计算。实验表明该系统性能较好。

ABSTRACT: According to the research on the integration of spectrophotometer system based on Embedded-Linux, the design of hardware & software system for the new ultraviolet/visible spectrophotometer is brought forward. Its hardware system consists of
homochromatic device, detector and S3C2410 processor. The captured spectrum data are processed by methods of double-wavelength and derivative spectroscopic analysis. The experimentation shows that this system works well.
