干涉仪的零位确定问题,是激光干涉仪应用中的关键问题之一. 所提出的合成光源串联干涉仪方案,容易实现,可以保证较高的精度. 叙述了串联干涉仪的工作原理和多模激光二极管光源的合成技术,并进行了仿真计算. 结果表明,合成光源能够将降低光源的相干长度,有利于干涉信号中心条纹位置的辨别;串联干涉仪能够解决干涉仪初始位置(或者零位) 确定问题,为绝对式干涉仪的设计和研制提供了新的途径和手段. 关键词: 光纤干涉仪; 合成光源; 光纤传感器 Abstract : Determination of zero point is one of the keys to the application of interferometer. The suggested use of series fiber optic interferometer with a synthesized source can be easily implemented to achieve high precision. The operation of the series fiber optic interferometer with synthesized source was simulated and the result s show that synthesized source can decrease the coherence length , and is beneficial for cent ral posi2 tion identification. The series interferometer can solve the problem of beginning or zero position in an increas2 mental interferometer and provide a new method for the design and investigation of absolute inteferometer.
