本文在光纤传感补偿网络基础理论的启发下, 应用了一种基于压力油介质影响因子的三节点全光纤补偿网络结构,建立了一种新型油膜厚度光纤传感器网络补偿数学模型。实测应用表明:该补偿网络结构与已有的其它网络相比,具有性能优良、结构简单、容易实现的特点,进一步提高了油膜厚度光纤传感器的测量精度。

Abstract : In this paper , directed by the basis theory of compensation network with sensor , a new kind of compensation network model with optical fiber sensor of measuring oil film thickness has been set up. Based on a factor that takes effect on pressure lubrication oil ,a novel all-fiber compensation network structure with three access-couples is applied. According to the actual application of operating experiment , compared with other conventional network ,this structure of compensation network possesses characteristics as fine-property , simple structures and is easy to achieve. The measuring accuracy of optical fiber sensor of measuring oil film thickness is increased deeply.
