一种手工莫尔斯电报质量评估系统设计

本文设计了一种基于PC 机和AT89S51 单片机的手工莫尔斯电报质量评估系统。实现
了手工莫尔斯电报自动识别、报文智能化校对、成绩智能化评估等功能。给出了具体的软硬件设计流程图及部分源程序。重点提出了一种能够提高手工莫尔斯电报识别率的自适应算法。

Abstract: In this paper, a manual Morse Code instrument program-controlled revisable message based on PC and AT89S51 is designed to realize automatic identification，
proofread and intelligent assessment of results to manual Morse Code and present an adaptive algorithms to improve the manual Morse recognition rate.
