It is really easy to implement your wireless control transmitter application with
the SmartLEWIS™ MCU family. This simple kit contains everything you need
and it takes just a few steps:
Plug the RF transmitter board into a USB port on your PC
Install the software (SW) development environment from KEIL
Insert some lines of C code representing your application into the prepared application framework.
Powerful library functions keep your code simple as there is no need to step down to the
bits and bytes on the hardware level
Compile the source code and download it to the USB RF stick
Disconnect from the PC and enjoy your application; power will be supplied by the stick’s internal
rechargeable battery
Key features of the RF Transmitter USB stick:
PMA7110 multiband ASK/FSK RF-transmitter chip with integrated 8051 microcontroller
RF-matching network for 50-Ohm SMA connector (5dBm, 8dBm or 10dBm output levels available)
Rechargeable Li-ion battery for autonomous operation after disconnecting from USB port
USB interface with hot-plug capability (based on FT2232)
SW application download to PMA-Flash
SW debugging
Power supply and battery charging
4 status LEDs, 2 user LEDs indicating transmission activity and battery status
4 general-purpose I/Os available on connector for external push buttons, LEDs, or digital sensors
