用于数控的DIY 3d探头

描述

如果您想以便宜的价格尝试 3d 探头，那么让我们开始吧 :)

零件包括：5 毫米亚克力、3 毫米亚克力、一把破碎的数控刀、1.6 毫米印刷威廉希尔官方网站 板、四个 3 毫米机器人和螺母、AB 胶、一个笔弹簧或一个空皂液器 :)

探头有两个版本，第一个版本使用 4.7 滚珠轴承，第二个版本使用铝制锥形圆柱铣削，不管它是什么，它们都可以工作，我自己测试过。

解释：

D1 是防止极性错误的保护。

当探头不与表面碰撞时，P2 对 GND 短接，Q1 闭合，所以没有电流通过 PC817，Q3 没有输出，没有 5V 或 GND 认为 P3，也Q4 关闭将使 Q2 也打开并且 LED1 关闭

当探头撞到东西时，P2开路，Q1开路，GND经过D2，光电PC817触发，Q3闭合，最后P3对GND短路。同样当 P2 打开然后 Q4 打开然后 Q2 关闭并触发 LED1 开启。

电容 4.7u 可以按照 LM7805 的文档替换为 100n。

BTW：如果你觉得威廉希尔官方网站 复杂，那就自己用arduino或者Attyni 13制作一个，比上面的电子元件还便宜。

如果您在将滚珠轴承或铝焊接到 PCB 板上时遇到问题，我认为您可以通过购买 GOOT-120 或将一些电线放入孔中然后使用“锤子”将圆柱体放下来解决它 =))
