基于动态Markov的热风炉操作预测

针对马尔可夫预测传统的状态划分采用人为确定方法，由预测者的经验决定预测对象的初始状态，状态界限的划分定性分析因素极大的问题。提出根据预测对象数据自身的相似度，采用动态聚类方法对预测对象进行初始状态划分，确定初始状态概率和状态转移概率矩阵，进行马尔可夫预测的方法。该改进的方法在某厂的热风炉操作预测中进行了应用，预测结果表明该方法可以有效指导热风炉操作。
为使我国钢铁工业达到或接近九十年代中后期国际先进水平，提高国际竞争能力和技术创新能力，在“十五”期间，冶金自动化的目标与思路中明确提出热风炉发展的方向，第一，生产过程自动化中要实现热风炉燃烧气体流量设定及操作预测模型；第二，控制系统智能化过程中要实现热风炉燃烧智能控制[1]。“热风炉操作预测模型”是我国宝钢集团在上个世纪九十年代在2 号高炉计算机系统中引进的日本千叶钢厂的技术，但由于该模型计算结果的精度不高且与生产操作实际数据差距较大，该“模型”并没有被广泛地应用于生产实
际。后来宝钢对3 号高炉“模型”中对模型计算极其重要的2 个子程序(“比热计算子程序”和“热传导系数计算子程序”)特别是“热传导系数计算子程序”的成功开发，使“模型”计算的结果基本符合热风炉操作实际，从而使该“模型”获得了新生[2]。
本文采用基于动态聚类的马尔可夫预测方法，对下次送风终了时的蓄热室平均温度进行顶测，以计算燃烧过程所需投入的煤气量。预测结果证明该改进的方法优于传统方法，在实际工业生产中将有效地指导热风炉的操作。
