大时, 参数整定困难, 且调节时间过长。目前应用广泛的模糊控制可有效提高响应速度, 但其稳态误差较大, 为了提高稳态精度, 本文提出了一种基于当前测量点之前几分钟的输出平均功率的模糊控制算法。提高了控制精度, 缩短了调节时间。实验证明, 这种控制方法能取得令人满意的控制效果。
The temperat ure cont rol of t he thermocouple calibrated f urnace has such character s as
large time delay and time varying etc. When temperat ure variety is great , t he routine PID has difficult to gain parameter , and it will make t he system has long adjust time. The Fuzzy cont rol can improve the respond rate , but it has great steady error when the system is in t he constant temperat ure p hases, For t he sake of precision , we advance a f uzzy cont rol arit hmetic which based on outp ut average power which before t he current measurement point . it overcome t he system’s time delay and time2var2 iability , improve the p recisionand shorten t he adjust time. The practical application proved t hat this met hod can obtain t he satisfactory result .
