I can't belive Afsi didn't respond yet!  

As for the PNA: new DIQ app allows very simple calibraiton and measurement of dual channel down converts including phase tracking vs RF freq, LO freq, power etc.

App class is option 089.

Yes, the FieldFox family (N9923A, or N9913/4/5...) products have a VVM option.

Page 165 of the User's Guide discusses A/B measurements with FieldFox.

You do need to perform zeroing before making your measurement. I went back to the history and I believe we've discussed A/B measurements with N9923A. Do you still have the N9923A? Did you ever get the splitter measurement working?

ENA family also offers VVM measurement capabilities.

  Hi Afsi, 

Yes i am able tot get the splitter measurement working..

Actually i want to measure the phase different  from 2 different DUTs (with frequency downconversion). Which i can do so using HP8508a by simply connect the 2 DUTs input to splitter outputs from SG and connect the 2 DUTs output to the 2 Port of HP8508a. and i will be able to sweep thru the frequencies and get the phase and amplitude different.

If i want to to e above measurement what will be the recommeneded equipments to use??  

If i am not wrong, for N9923a A/B mode Port 1 is connect to 1 DUT input and port 2 is connected to DUT output. If the DUT having Frequency conversion will not be able to measured?
