The options (Spectrumgram: option-271, TG: option N8995A-SR3or6) are still upgradable for CSA unit. Please find the upgrade page as below. It is just a license upgrade.

Not sure where you are located - so the safe thing to do is to have you click on the "Contact an Expert" link located at the top right-hand-side of the A.com upgrade page you were provided on the previous thread.
