你可以打开命令promt并键入xlcm这将打开许可证管理器，然后只需通过查找现有许可证 -  Pratham浏览到许可证文件

Is the tool installed? can you please open a command promt and type xlcm this will open license manager and then simply browse to the license file via locate existing license

Thank you for the help! Your solution worked exept the folder where I found the licence manager was C:Xilinx14.7ISE_DScommonbinnt64
