Adapter removal is painfully complex process, requiring a lot of connections.
I don't know if your ENA supports
unknown thru, which is a less painful procedure than adapter removal, but in any case you don't need need it for your simple measurement of a 75 Ohm DUT.
Note you would need to look at this sort of thing if your DUT is non-insertable, such as female at both ports, but that is a different issue. To measure at one port of a 75 Ohm DUT, or at both ports of a insertable 75 DUT, you don't need any such complications.
