USBTCD驱动程序无法在win 7中运行

嗨，大家好，
我试图在我的Win 7 PC上使用FX3 USB测试棒，并尝试运行我已经将FX3超级Mutt3.0工具插入到我的PC中的UBTCDCest，并且显示WiUSB（078E），并且该设备运行良好，当我尝试将驱动程序更改为UBTCD.IF时，如所附的屏幕截图所示，然后说“Windows”无法加载该硬件的设备驱动程序。驱动程序可能损坏或丢失。（代码39）“任何人请让我知道我错过了什么？”
如果我试图改变为“美国压力”，它更灾难性的OS疯狂。
请教。

  Hi All,
    I trying to use FX3 u*** test stick on my win 7 pc and trying to run USBTCD tests for that I have inserted the FX3 super MUTT 3.0 tool into my PC and the WinUSB (078E) is shown up and the device works fine and when i try to change the driver to USBTCD.inf as shown in the attached screen shot then it says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)" anyone please let me know what am I missing?
    If I try to change to "u***stress" its even more catastrophic the OS crahes.
    Please advice.
