无法更改Xtal参数

嗨，朋友，当使用USB需要精确的振荡在0.25%以内。当我想在时钟编辑此参数的变化，所有的编辑被拒绝。即使没有改变，按[确定]，同样的错误信息来了。这是造物主2.2sp1，造物主2.1将可以改变什么，我想，但用户模块进行了更新，所以不能2.1得到很好的结果。有没有人知道如何如文本编辑脱机更改？

          Hi Pals, When use the USB needs accurate oscillation as within 0.25%. When I want to change this parameter in clock editor, all editting was denied. Even if no changed and push [OK], The same error message was coming. It is the Creator 2.2SP1, Creator 2.1 is going OK to changing what I want to, but user module was updated so cann't get good result by 2.1. Does anyone knows how to change by such as text editor offline?
