LMx39x和LM2901xx器件由四个独立的电压比较器组成,设计用于在宽电压范围内通过单个电源供电。只要两个电源之间的差值为2 V至36 V,并且V CC 比输入共模电压高至少1.5 V,也可以使用双电源供电。电流消耗与电源电压无关。输出可以连接到其他集电极开路输出,以实现线与关系。
LM139和LM139A器件的特点是可在-55°C至125°C的整个军用温度范围内工作。 LM239和LM239A器件的工作温度范围为-25°C至125°C。 LM339和LM339A器件的工作温度范围为0°C至70°C。 LM2901,LM2901AV和LM2901V器件的工作温度范围为-40°C至125°C。
