现代MES系统如何提高半导体企业满足新的质量要求

　　满足新的质量要求是半导体公司所要面临的挑战

　　如今，消费电子设备、汽车、航空航天及国防应用对集成威廉希尔官方网站 需求正呈现出爆炸式增长，这也必将促使企业进一步加大对产品质量的关注力度，尤其是消费电子、汽车以及航空业都正在不断提高对半导体供应商的准入门槛。有的客户正在对每批次产品的公差提出更严苛的要求，还有许多客户正着手进行审核。正如International Rectifier （IR） 公司的MES和规划系统总监Marti Jarsey所说：“消费者们无法接受批量生产的电子设备出现缺陷。”

　　除了IR公司，还有许多半导体同行们正在面临市场新的需求挑战，比如：

　　“由于汽车故障会造成伤亡，因此汽车业的客户肩负着巨大的责任，可以说他们正改变着我们的世界。他们需要更加严格的对单一设备可追踪性。因此，我们需要有能力帮助管理生产线上的不合规定处。”　　—— NXP公司 IT副总裁Mark Remson

　　NXP 和 IR公司也都一致认为：客户对半导体供应商和生产设备提出要确保持续生产高品质的半导体元件，除了审查各产品的生产厂家资格以外，客户自己的审查也越来越常见。相比传统的装箱交货，一些客户还对他们的订单提出了更严苛的误差要求。

　　新的质量要求推动半导体公司选择现代MES制造执行系统

 

　　由于面临着更高的质量要求，更完善的记录水平要求以及客户更细微的审查，为了满足这些新的质量要求，包括 International Rectifier （IR）、 Allegro MicroSystems、Fairchild Semiconductor 和 NXP Semiconductors等在内的许多半导体公司开始逐步投资使用现代MES制造执行系统。

　　“质量的改善、产量的提升以及质量事故的减少” 是商业案例中企业选择现代MES的关键原因，而这些成功商业案例也为半导体公司投资现代MES的合理性提供了佐证。
