PNA-L N5230A前面板锁定

我有PNA-L N5230A，前面板没有响应（看起来像是锁定）。
使用外接鼠标和键盘控制任何功能都没有问题。
重新启动分析器没有帮助。
有什么特别的解决方案来修复吗
该网络分析仪上的固件为A.07.50.67。错误日志显示如下：前面板WM_TS_RPGRESTART wParam 0x2 lParam 0x0 RPGHandle 0x0。

  I have PNA-L N5230A where the front panel do not responded (look like is lock up). There is no problem to control any function using external mouse and keyboard. Restarting the Analyzer do not help.

Any particular solution to fix that?
The firmware on that Network Analyzer is A.07.50.67

Also the error log show the following:

Front Panel
WM_TS_RPGRESTART wParam 0x2 lParam 0x0 RPGHandle 0x0.
