         The XB6091ISC product is a highintegration solution for lithiumion/polymerbattery protection.XB6091ISC contains advanced powerMOSFET, high-accuracy voltagedetection circuits and delay circuits.XB6091ISC is put into anDFN1X1x0.37-4 package and only oneexternal component makes it an idealsolution in limited space of battery pack.XB6091ISC has all the protection functionsrequired in the battery application includingovercharging, overdischarging, overcurrentand load short circuiting protection etc. Theaccurate overcharging detection voltageensures safe and full utilization charging.The low standby current drains little currentfrom the cell while in storage.The device is not only targeted for digitalcellular phones, but also for any otherLi-Ion and Li-Poly battery-poweredinformation appliances requiring longtermbattery life.
