VEE 9.3副本在安装后无法运行？

如果有其他人遇到过这种情况，那就快速了。在这台机器上运行VEE7已经很多年了，VEE9.2的评估版本也运行良好。
但是一个全新的VEE 9.3副本在安装后无法运行？

  Just a quicky in case some one else has come across this
Have been happily running VEE7 for years on this machine an evaluation copy of VEE9.2 worked fine also.
But a brand new copy of VEE 9.3 fails to run following install ?
