RN4020设置为DMLP模式不起作用

We have a project and we are going to use a good BLE module based on AT command.
The RN4020 sounds good for us but still there are some confusing points for me. I am a bit lost in control Pins and MLDP mode selection.
AS I understood, the 3 control pins WAKE_SW, WAKE_HW and CMD/MLDP can be used to control the module.
I found the power management system for RN4020 as follow:

1- The First problem that I encountered is that, the Module never goes to the deep sleep mode. I connect all control pins to the GND and it is always can be find in the IOS BLE data application!!!!
Any Idea what i am doing wrong?
2- The Module is discoverable in App, but as soon as I use the following commands to set it for the DMLP Mode, it does not work and I can not find it in the APP. Here is the commands:
SF,2
ss,c0000000
SR,10000000
SR,02000000
R,1
Instead, When I set the following commands it works but it is always in MLDP mode which is normal since it is set to the auto MLDP mode:
SF,2
ss,c0000000
SR,32000800
R,1
Would you please let me know why it does not work with the first commands?!!!!!

Based on the following paragraph (From User Guid) :  
"CMD/MLDP (pin 8) is used to control the RN4020 module when an MLDP serial data service (see Section 2.3.7 “Microchip MLDP Commands”) is used. Once MLDP mode is entered by setting CMD/MLDP high, all data from the UART is sent to the peer device as a data stream. To exit MLDP mode, CMD/MLDP must be set low so that the RN4020 module is returned to Command mode by outputting “CMD” to the UART"
I have some question for this Paragraph.

** if we use this pin (CMD/MLDP), the module will go to the MLDP mode without changing or setting any configuration in module by AT commands? I mean it is a way to command the module to go to MLDP mode using hardware or before using this pin there might be some settings in the modules?

** if we should have the MLDP setting like the one that I mentioned, what is the advantage of this pin? it will be serve just to change the module mode for command. since even when I connect it to VCC (while I set the module in auto MLDP mode) it send and receive data inserial port and it does not accept AT commands.

would you please help me to understand them module and i find where are my mistakes?
