JobDescription/Qualifications- Customer Quality Engineer-Contractor: 1. Drive the Line DataAccuracy and FA CND Rate Reduction
- On-site socket boardverification frequently ( e.g. 4 ~5days /week)
- Ensure proper SocketBoard Usage
- Identify overclocked /super-guard band SKU
- On-site FA and firstline triage of quality issues from IQC / SMT / ICT / FCT / OQA / ORT / RMA.
- Manage urgent recoveryactivities to quality excursion / line-down / urgent customer issues.
2. Drive Quality / RMAimprovement
- Continuously review,analyze and report customer yield and RMA information to internal teams
- Coordinate and conductcustomer line audits when needed.
- Manage FA activities onfield return issues.
3. Manage customercomplaints and responses (status tracking / reporting / documentation)
- Ensure effectivecommunication of information between customer and FA / engineering teams.
- Formulate complaintcontainment, updates, corrective actions, and closure.
- Focal point of customercomplaint escalations and voice of customer.
4. Station in Langfang orNanjin.
Justifications:
- Bachelor degree orabove (Electronics/Computer Engineering related)
- Experience in customersupport and SMT process.
- Experience in SMTprocess.
- Experience in MobileSupport, testing, troubleshooting processes.
- Good verbal and writtencommunication skills in English and Chinese
- Good communicationskills
- Willing to overtimework and frequent travel
