使用LabVIEW连接到PNA-X N5242A收到错误

您好，我正在尝试使用labview连接到PNA-X N5242A，但我不断收到来自VISA写入功能的错误。

  Hello,

I'm trying to connect to the PNA-X N5242A using LabVIEW, but I kept getting and error coming from the VISA Write Function.  

To check if I'm connected properly I'm using NI MAX. It shows that the connection is correct, however when I use the VISA Test Panel to write operation I get the following error:

VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF003A) Unable to start operation because setup is invalid (due to attributes being set to an inconsistent state).

I get the same error when I try to initiate a Read Operation.

The PNA-X is currently using Windows 7 and Application Code Version A.10.49.03

My code worked perfectly fine on another PNA-X using Windows XP and Application Code Version A.09.90.13

Yes, we are aware of this issue: "Unable to start operation because setup is invalid (due to attributes being set to an inconsistent state)."

Unfortunately, controlling the VNA over USB is only supported when you install Keysight IO Libraries on your client PC. So, if you install Keysight IO Libraries, then this should work.

I understand that this used to work with Windows XP. It will also work with a future version of firmware (yet to be released). But as of now, you must use Keysight IO Libraries to talk to your VNA over USB.

  Keysight IO libraries can be installed as secondary VISA in a side-by-side installation with NI IO libraries, so you should be able to talk to a Keysight USB interface from LabView, once you have done the side-by-side IO library install.

I've installed the Keysight IO Libraries as a secondary VISA, but I'm still getting the same error. Is there anything else that needs to be done besides simply installing the IO Libraries?

We are currently trying to replicate your scenario here in our lab to see if we can reproduce the problem and propose a solution.  Can you both please let us know the NI IO libraries and Labview versions you are using and the version of the Keysight IO libraries that you installed as secondary VISA?
