I would like to clarify: Are you able to boot from the drive with UEFI boot enabled? 

Then, have you tried testing the SSD into a different system in UEFI Boot? Additionally, what is the part number of your M.2 SSD?
I would highly appreciate if you can share a screenshot of the Home and Boot pages of the Intel® Visual BIOS.
