Windows 10上vivado 2017.3警告返回了意外状态

hi, i encounter a problem when i install vivado 2017.3 on windows 10.
i install vivado HL webPack, everything is fine until i get this problem: Warning: xilinx software was installed successfully, but an unexpected status was returned from the following post installation task(s), Generating installed device list.
after i click OK button, the installation finish immediately.
when i try to run vivado 2017.3, i wait almost several minutes and i got the information: error when launching: XilinxVivado2017.3binvivado.bat launcher time out.
then, i run it (vivado.bat) on command line, and i get this :

there are no error messages.
i would appreciated if anyone can help me out.
