The noise parameters are specified as an optional block in the S2P file.

However, other (nonlinear) parameters are not supported, because S-parameters are by definition linear. For non-linear parameters, consider other system simulator blocks, or X-parameters.

  Hi Volker,

thanks for your reply. Maybe I need to explain a little more.
I want to simulate a RF receiver path. This path should include some AMPs, some Attenuations, VGA, filters and so on. 

The parameters I want to analyse are
- S-parameter behaivor
- interception point
- power budget (for diffrent input levels)
- nonlinear behaivor 
- noise figure
....

So it is a mix of linear and non linear behavior for which of course I need different simulation setups (S-Parameter, Hamonic,...). 
But of couse I only want to design one rf path which include all parameters. I don't want to build up the path for every simulation.

So for example of an amplifier I want to create a model which includes the linear behavior (given by a S2P file) and the non linear behaivor setting by parameters of the model.
Unitl now I worked with Ansys Designer, there is a model for an amplifier where I can inlcude an S2P file and give additional parameters for non-linear analyse. 
Now I am wodering if there is a similar model at ads.

is there any way to use frequency dependent S-params for this model, i.e. S2P data?
