您附加的许可证是基于证书的浮动许可证（.lic文件）。
您不能将Vivado与此许可证一起使用。

Hello @samtu_socle,
 
The license which you have attached is certificate based floating license (.lic file). You cannot use Vivado with this license. You need to generate and install activation based license (.xml file) in order to use Vivado. To know the process check below link
