  A quick glance at the Agilent web site, reading the attached PDF file, would suggest you need option 3L5 Test set option, in addition to the 005 software option. See attached file. Someone from Agilent will no doubt be able to confirm it.

Hi,
My *guess* is that 3L5 would give you the BNC sockets, but both options 3L5 & 005 would give you the impedance analysis. I've never me the ananlyzer - all I did was a quick Google and found that document I attached. 

I don't work for Agilent. *You really should be talking to someone from Agilent about this.*. Try here to get the contact details for your country .I've always found Agilent very helpful. See
