stuttering, bad framerates, muffled audio ... it's better on standalone 2012 server, but horrid on our 2016 farm.

it's difficult to pin down to a specific issue though and underwhelming too since i'm not trying to handle complicated 3D renderings but acceptable video performance for a really small group of users.

getting graphic cards is pretty much my last option ...
