The .cor files for all XC6SLX9 devices will be the same since all these devices have the same ID code.

So, I don't think its the issue with the .cor file. If you want to remove this confudion then download the latest version of labtools (14.6) from our website and test it.

I suspect the connections between FPGA and flash are nt proper. Can you please post the schematic?

Are you able to perform erase/verfiy operations on the SPI?
